Reception

  
The Lucky Lake reception is open from 9:00 to 23:00. Our staff is available to provide information about the hostel, tourist attractions in Amsterdam or just a friendly chat!

Breakfast is available from 9:00 to 10:30 in reception. We offer free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, orange juice, milk, yoghurt, muesli, cornflakes, bread, nutella, honey, peanut butter and jams. Depending on the day we provide all ingredients for you to make your own pancakes, eggs or poffertjes in the kitchen outside

Free internet and Wi-Fi are available at reception. Guests are welcome to use one of our computers or your own laptop. Ask for a username and password and stay in touch with family and friends around the world.

Our reception shop stocks basic food items, cold drinks and a generous selection of snack food. 

We provide free maps of the city, as well as brochures for de Zaanse Schans and de Keukenhof.
